Spring Roll Pastry /50 UPASTRY contains thin, flexible pastry sheets designed to hold savoury fillings such as cabbage, carrot, glass noodles, minced meat, shrimp or mushrooms.
How to Use:
Thaw only the sheets required, keep them covered with a damp cloth so they do not dry out, place cooled filling near one edge, fold in the sides, roll tightly and seal with a flour-and-water paste.
Cooking:
The wrapped rolls are most commonly deep-fried or shallow-fried until golden and crisp; they may also be baked or air-fried. Serve with sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce or vinegar.
